Welcome to a 2012 new improved website. Here you will find some information about my own private vila, Villa Pilar, as well as pictures, booking information, Calan Porter Resort information, Menorca information, latest news as in last minute deals, latest news of the Resort or things that are happening in the island, as well as links to external pages with more information about Calan Porter, Menorca, and also links to official pages for Hotels and Villa bookings in Menorca. This site also features some of my friends/family private villas that are also for rent in the beautiful resort of Calan Porter, through this site, you can also ask about villas info, availability, prices, and any other things you would like to know.
Remember that we are not at all a company or anything like that, just private owners with villas for rent, and at the same time would like to promote a little bit our fantastic resort, Calan Porter, and the beautiful island of Menorca.
Villa pilar info:
I bought this villa back in 2004 in Calan Porter resort, one, if not one of the most charismatic resorts in Menorca. This is a big villa divided in two separate mirror image villas by a dividing wall. Each side has its own living room, kitchen, two rooms and a bathroom. Both are beautifuly modernly decorated, both with air conditioned, flat screen tv, dvd, films, cd player, sky tv, safe, and internet access with WIFI access.
This villa is perfect for two families or a big family with relatives as you can all share the outside amenities like the pool, bbq, sunloungers, etc... but you can all keep your privacy indoors as there are two separate units. Villa fits up to 8 people, but we offer discounted prices for goups of 6 and sometimes for groups of 4, just contact me or call me for detailed information.

Each villa comprises of one double room with plenty of wardrobe space, and one twin room with fitted wardrobe.
The bathroom consists of a full lengh bath with shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new fridge freezer, new microwave, oven and gas hobs.
One of the lounges has two new sofas, (the other lounge has a big L shaped sofa), dining table and chairs, Tv with Sky tv, Dvd with latest films, including children´s fims, and full stereo cd system, also wifi is now available. There is a COT and a HIGH CHAIR available free of use.
It is not permitted to smoke inside the villa, but its ok to smoke outside.

The lounges doors open up onto a covered terrace area, (between the lounge doors and the swimming pool) with large patio table and six chairs.
There is a swing bench under an olive tree, which overlooks the large private pool, (9,4 m. by 4 m. ), with pool lighting and poolside shower, with plenty of sunbathing space surrounding the pool.
Sunloungers are available for use. There is a stone barbecue and plenty of outdoor lights for those wishing to dine al fresco.
At the back of the house there is a "caseta" containing washing machine and tumble dryer.
