Marga Apartment is a fantastic lovely new modern apartment that belongs to my mum. Its situated in the lovely town of Es Castell, just a lovely walk to the port of Cales Fonts, with many lovely quiet restaurants offering fantastic food and drinks, the port itself offering some of the most stunning sea views the Mediterranean sea can offer. Also many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and amenities are within easy walking distance.
The Apartment has Air Con in all the rooms, Tv, Dvd, WIFI, has two bedrooms, so sleeps up to 4 people, its only 10 minutes drive from the capital Mahon, and 15 minutes drive from many beautiful beaches.

Villa Maria del Mar belongs to a good friend of mine, who unfortunately does not speak any english, so i help him out. This villa is only a short distance to mine, therefore in the same quiet area. It was recently built so everything inside is new.

Apt Marta is a gorgeous apartment in Santa Ana, near Es Castell, its my sister´s..
The apartment is a Duplex, firs floor comprising of the spacious bright living room with sofas, flat screen tv, stereo system, one of the toilettes, and doors that open up into a lovely terrace with table and chairs, with lovely sea views. The lower floor comprises of the two bedrooms, and the shower room, both floors communicate via stairs.
Its beautifuly furnished and its the first year its gonna be up for rent so everything is pretty much new.
There are two large swimming pools including a kids swimming pool, and a really large sunbathing area and sunbeds available. There are also lovely gardens and grass areas surrounding the swimming pools, with kids play area.
The rear exit of the complex leads into a direct access to the lovely Calas Fonts harbour and its amenities.
A few minutes walk from the apartment you can find Es Castell, a lovely village with many bars, restaurants, shops, banks, etc... and also you can find Cala Padera, a lovely beach where you can swim and sunbate admiring its incredible beauty.
